Delivery timelines may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, remote locations, or other circumstances beyond our control.

2. Shipping Information

Please make sure that your name, phone number, email address, and shipping address are correct before completing your order.

Frame Basket is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please document the condition before opening it and contact us immediately.

3. Unboxing Video Requirement

A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory for damage, defect, missing-item, or wrong-product claims.

Before opening your package, record an unedited video showing:

• The sealed package and shipping label.

• The condition of the package from all relevant sides.

• The complete opening and unboxing process.

• The product and all contents received.

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund.

Please keep the original packaging until your order has been fully checked.

4. Return & Replacement

A return or replacement may be accepted if:

• You received the wrong product.

• The product has a manufacturing issue.
