1. Shipping

We ship Frame Basket orders to locations across India.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful order confirmation. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping or tracking information where available.

Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service.

Delivery timelines may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, remote locations, or other circumstances beyond our control.

2. Shipping Information

Please make sure that your name, phone number, email address, and shipping address are correct before completing your order.

Frame Basket is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please document the condition before opening it and contact us immediately.

3. Unboxing Video Requirement

A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory for damage, defect, missing-item, or wrong-product claims.

Before opening your package, record an unedited video showing:

• The sealed package and shipping label.

• The condition of the package from all relevant sides.

• The complete opening and unboxing process.

• The product and all contents received.

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund.

Please keep the original packaging until your order has been fully checked.

4. Return & Replacement

A return or replacement may be accepted if:

• You received a damaged or defective product.

• You received the wrong product.

• An item is missing from your order.

• The product has a manufacturing issue.

Return or replacement requests must be submitted within 3 to 4 days of delivery.

The product must generally be unused and returned with its original packaging, tags, accessories, and other included items.

Products damaged through misuse, accidental damage, alteration, or normal wear may not qualify for return or replacement.

5. Refunds

Once an eligible returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or another applicable payment method.

The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

6. Return Shipping

For eligible cases involving a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product, Frame Basket will determine the appropriate return-shipping arrangement.

Returns that do not qualify under this policy may be subject to applicable shipping charges.
